CASEY ANTHONY SENTENCED

The State of Florida will file for for costs of the investigation/prosecution under Chapter 9-38. The Court retained jurisdiction.
Judge Perry has sentenced Casey Anthony on four counts of providing law enforcement with false information to be consecutive for the 4 counts,, plus credit for time served. Casey Anthony to be released July13th (updated). Judge Perry refused to combine the four counts into one. Four years, one year each count, $4,000.00 fine.
