TEXAS JUDGE WILLIAM ADAMS BEATS DAUGHTER WHICH SHE CAPTURED ON VIDEO IN 2004

Hillary Adams taped her father Judge William Adams beating her; she kept the tape for 7 years, and released it.  He is still a sitting Judge.  It is reported that Judge Adams presides over child abuse cases.  Statute of limitations is up for Hillary, but the scars shall remain for life.
