ABC NEWS REPORT - GOOD MORNING AMERICA

No surprises here as Mr. Goodman's testimony included boundless inconsistencies and lacked credibility. Whose fault was that?
Mr. Roy Black, Mr. Goodman's attorney released a statement :
"It is our belief that multiple errors were committed during and before the trial that, in effect, denied our client's ability to get a fair trial," Black said. "We intend to file an appeal so that our client can receive the just and fair proceeding to which he is entitled by law."It is our belief multiple errors were committed by the defense attorneys. Can Mr. Goodman appeal on the grounds that it was his attorneys that screwed up? Throw anything out there and see if it sticks? The theories conjured up by the defense team appeared preposterous. Did the defense think the jury was that stupid?
Granted, the move to adopt ones girlfriend to protect ones assets was financially creative, but it was a PR DISASTER! Which bright one could not anticipate the fall-out from this?
