If you have a complaint regarding Balboa Press/Author Solutions, Inc. or any of their affiliates that you feel have defrauded you i.e. contract (agreement), marketing package(any package), refunds, royalties, etc.... below is an option.

Numerous authors have written in regarding their futile attempts to secure a refund, citing this has continued egregiously for months upon months--calls and emails to the 'Resolutions Department' go unanswered.

We have been given what might be one 'resolution,' that has worked. If enough authors (that believe they have been scammed), follow through, perhaps the Attorney General of Indiana will be forced to investigate. 'Long shot with the way money flows these days and the 'too big to fail' notion...but, sometimes ethics prevail.
