Suit: Girl was checked out of Miss. school, raped

A nine year old little girl is repeatedly checked out of her school over the course of two years by an unknown party; she was brutally raped and sodomized then returned to school each time ... Judge Keith Starrett dismissed the lawsuit, but the 5th US Circuit of Appeals reinstated a portion of the lawsuit.

More insanity ... He also ruled that the education officials named as individual defendants in the lawsuit had immunity."

One wonders if this judge would have applied his "legal reasoning" if it was his daughter. State immunity laws need to be changed.
