What is important to note in this case is that the complaints were initially anonymous allegations; kudos to the Memphis Tennessee Police Department for investigating further, whatever the outcome. Please send your protocol to Georgia.

Numerous authors have written in regarding their futile attempts to secure a refund, citing this has continued egregiously for months upon months--calls and emails to the 'Resolutions Department' go unanswered.

We have been given what might be one 'resolution,' that has worked. If enough authors (that believe they have been scammed), follow through, perhaps the Attorney General of Indiana will be forced to investigate. 'Long shot with the way money flows these days and the 'too big to fail' notion...but, sometimes ethics prevail.
