DA WILLIAM FITZPATRICK WILL NOT PROSECUTE BERNIE FINE

DA Fitzpatrick states the statute of limitations has expired.
In addition, Mr. Fitzpatrick has turned over exculpatory evidence to Federal investigators regarding Tomaselli's allegations against Mr.Fine that would support Mr. Fine's defense.
He also offers his take on manadated reporters.

Numerous authors have written in regarding their futile attempts to secure a refund, citing this has continued egregiously for months upon months--calls and emails to the 'Resolutions Department' go unanswered.

We have been given what might be one 'resolution,' that has worked. If enough authors (that believe they have been scammed), follow through, perhaps the Attorney General of Indiana will be forced to investigate. 'Long shot with the way money flows these days and the 'too big to fail' notion...but, sometimes ethics prevail.
